“Our 2020 season reflects a constant search to encourage creativity, reflection and innovation in the arts. Great artists such as Vladimir Ashkenazy or Marianela Núñez, as well as the new promise of the lyrical world, Pretty Yende, come to our stage to inspire new generations The shows that are presented within the framework of our 10 years combine various artistic expressions and revisit traditional formats for an increasingly eager audience of novel experiences, such as Vertikal, from the French company Käfig, which combines aerial dance , hip hop language and circus techniques, or Sleeping Beauty, whose avant-garde costume breaks with the classical codes of the ballet genre, “said Véronique Mondini, head of artistic projects at Teatro del Lago.
