With Swan Lake by Teatro Colón, the international festival of Gran Teatro Nacional Grand Theater ends

The web platform GTN EN VIVO began international broadcasts with the opera “The Magic Flute” in Spanish from Teatro del Bicentenario de San Juan and will continue every Sunday with new productions of Teatro Colón in Bogotá, Teatro del Bicentenario Roberto Plasencia Saldaña in Guanajuato, Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Bogotá, Municipal de Santiago, Teatro del Lago de Frutillar and Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires.

 

 

These days to stay at home, Gran Teatro Nacional of Peru begins a season of transmission lines international in their web platform GTN Live digital set seven productions by prestigious cultural institutions in Latin America, including important theaters of Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico stand out, members of Ópera Latinoamérica (OLA), a non-profit organization that brings together the main centers of Latin American culture, with the aim of promoting and disseminating the performing arts in all Spanish-speaking countries.

Gran Teatro Nacional of the Ministry of Culture of Peru, member de Ópera Latinoamérica (OLA), began the free transmission of large-format international shows – operas, concerts and Ballets- to be seen and admired by thousands of people through the use of computers, tablets, cell phones and television screens.

 

The National Grand Theater del Peru has elegido for the first date (Sunday 14 June) The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in an interesting version translated into Spanish for the Bicentennial Theater of San Juan – Argentina. On Sunday, June 21, at 5.30 pm (Peruvian time), the GTN EN VIVO web platform will broadcast Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi, produced by Teatro Colón in Bogotá – Colombia.

 

La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, in an adaptation premiered successfully by the Teatro del Bicentenario Roberto Plasencia Saldaña in Guanajuato – Mexico, will be broadcast on Sunday, June 28. Il Barbiere di Siviglia by Gioachino Rossini, masterful staging of the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Bogotá – Colombia, will be the main attraction on Sunday, July 5.

 

The Nutcracker by Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, a classic ballet in the version Municipal de Santiago – Chile, is scheduled for Sunday, July 12. Animal Carnival Camille Saint-Saëns, a multimedia montage by the Teatro del Lago – Frutillar – Chile that combines classical music with animations, will be broadcast on Sunday, July 19.

 

The international season of GTN LIVE web platform will end on Sunday, July 26 with Swan Lake by Piotr Ilich Tchaikovsky, an impeccable production by the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires – Argentina.
